Join attorneys from the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, in collaboration with the Iowa State Bar, for a CLE on judicial opinion writing and the POWER Act  on Thursday, November 12, 2020 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. A 2-hour presentation by Judge Mary Pat Gunderson on gender and judicial opinion writing is followed by a panel discussing the POWER Act which leverages pro bono services to empower domestic abuse survivors.
