You’re here to get your J.D., but what if you could add “Playologist” to your resume as well?! There are opportunities to volunteer six days a weeks at the Iowa Children’s Museum and help their staff (playologists) run events, interact with families, and putting props away after the kids are done enjoying them. The Iowa Children’s Museum is very flexible about volunteer hours; email Alex Alwine, Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@theicm.org to inquire more about dates and times.

Super Hero Night
Sunday, October 25, 6pm-8pm
This is a special night at the Iowa Children’s Museum, and just in time for Halloween! This event is dedicated to children with special needs and their families. We are looking for volunteers who would like to interact with the families and help with taking down our custom-designed exhibits after the event. Remember, you don’t have to wear a cape to be a super hero in the Iowa City community!
