Interested in Receiving a 2016 Equal Justice Works Public Interest Award?  See the following criteria to determine if you qualify: Apply by March 1, 2016.  All applicants will be required to submit:                                                        
The David Carliner Public Interest Award, administered in part by the American Constitution Society (ACS), recognizes outstanding mid-career public interest lawyers.  David Carliner was a Washington, D.C. public interest attorney who for decades championed civil and human rights in the nation's capital.
All Boyd Service Hours for Fall 2015 must be reported by Friday, January 22nd at 5pm. All hours of the same type (community or institutional) for the same semester should be recorded in one entry with the exception of hours for CLP Pro Bono Projects, which should be reported under the Project entry created for you by CLP.
In honor of the late Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., the University of Iowa community will focus on the areas of hunger and homelessness that affect the Iowa City community by collecting items at local stores for the Johnson County Shelter House and Crisis Center.
